This historic apartment building in the Kenton neighborhood had been carved up into tiny apartments that felt quite maze-like. With many years of deferred maintenance this building was in need of some TLC. We designed a remodel for this building to open up walls; creating light and spacious layouts as well as updating finishes, plumbing and electrical systems.
